USADB 2016 Meeting Announcement

Per USADB Bylaws as of May 2015, Team Representative Council (TRC) meetings are announced 90 days prior to the USADB basketball tournament.  Also with this change, we have a new meeting format.

The TRC meeting is similar to the “Coaches’ Meeting” which usually takes place after House of Delegates (HOD) meeting.  With the new format, the TRC takes place at the time the HOD usually meets.  There will be no more House of Delegate 9HOD) meeting.  The Executive Committee (Board plus region officers) meeting will meet after TRC to review and discuss any motions referred from the TRC meeting.

The 2016 USADB Tournament will be held April 28-30, 2016 in St. Louis, MO.  The TRC meeting will be held at 1:00pm Central on WEDNESDAY APRIL 27, 2016.  

Another announcement will be made on Facebook, email and website as to where the meeting will be held.  More information to come when finalized.
