Perhaps the fed and Oyo state govts do not know what to do.
Should they surrender to the terrorists demands?
Should they try to aggressively attack the terrorists?
Should they employ mercenaries or seek the help of other countries who have experience in such things-such as Israel and the US?
Would those elements in the govt-such as NSA Ribadu and possibly Min of Defense Matawalle counselling a ''non-kinetic'' approach to the crisis allow a decisive push against the terrorist?
We all know that with the right technology the terrorists can be found.
Its also true that the right forces can neutralise them but possibly with some loss of life by the hostages.
Meanwhile other school children are in the hands of terrorist kidnappers in Northern Nigeria.
