I imagine that as a Finnish citizen, at most, Simon Ekpa may have made some ideologically incendiary Pro-Biafra statements, which could have been interpreted as the kind of incitement that is contrary to Finnish Law - but was any terrorist act committed in Finland at the direction or behest of Simon Ekpa? Can any terrorist act committed in Nigeria be directly or exclusively linked to Simon Ekpa?
Isn’t he going to appeal?
