Majeed Dahiru is a respected Nigerian journalist and public affairs analyst based in Abuja. He is widely known for his incisive commentary in Premium Times and other leading national outlets, where he writes on governance, national identity, social justice, and historical memory. He is also an Energy Security Advocate.

Born in Okene, Kogi State, Dahiru draws from a deep cultural and religious heritage, weaving personal narrative with sharp analysis in a style that resonates across Nigeria’s diverse communities. His widely cited essays, including “My Little Almajiri Story” and “The Future of History in Nigeria,” reflect his commitment to education, civic responsibility, and the preservation of Nigeria’s collective history.

Beyond the printed page, Dahiru is a familiar voice on Nigerian broadcast media, contributing regularly as a guest analyst on radio and television discussions of national importance.

Through his writing and public engagements,  Dahiru has distinguished himself as a courageous voice for unity, fairness, and truth. He continues to shape national discourse, inspiring citizens and leaders alike toward building a more just and inclusive Nigeria.

Majeed Dahiru studied Geology at Kogi State University and currently serves as Tech Team Lead at Lux Terra Leadership Foundation Abuja.
