Rate: 45$
1. The candidate should have extensive knowledge and experience handling back office for Mutual funds especially load funds.
2. Transfer agency experience is also critical
3. Surpas knowledge is preferred but not mandatory. We can always give the candidate an orientation and training on this.
4. Need experience performing Business Analyst role, activities like interacting with users, gathering requirements, requirement analysis, functional requirement documentation, Gap analysis etc
5. Communication and leadership are very important as this person will be interacting with users and analysts and will be our frontrunner in this account
