URSA-II MCA

Hi There,

I have MCA that is recognized with the software but no data was collected from the detector. the HV for the NaI was set to 800 v and it was operated before connecting the MCA to putty.  I did not check the HV and the MCA was replaced with another one the NaI was collecting data. 

it there any troubleshooting manual? what is the good way or the instruction to access the MCA using putty? it is mentioned that “ASCII” mode allows control of and data collection from the URSA-II with user’s own software or hardware. How?
