UP3 Elections Next Week

Hey everyone,

Next week we will be holding elections! There are five positions to be
elected. Be at the meeting so you can run for a position and vote
too.

3. The Meeting Organizer shall be responsible for:
I) Running meetings and facilitating discussions.
II) Calling and recording votes within the group should there be any.
III) Being a signatory if TCU funding is requested.
4. The Point Person shall be responsible for:
I) Being the primary contact for the group from outside entities.
II) Being a signatory if TCU funding is requested.
III) Ensuring that the group is re-recognized by the TCU Judiciary.
5. The Publicist shall be responsible for:
I) Ensuring that there is a plan of action for each meeting.
II) Publicizing meetings, events and group membership.
III) Speaking with media entities and contacting the group via email
and social media.
6. The Researcher shall be responsible for:
I) Researching specifics and logistics of trips, events and other
group activities.
II) Compiling research for case studies.
7. The Programmer shall be responsible for:
I) Finding, contacting and bringing speakers to meetings and events.
II) Gathering information from and lobbying "parent groups" including
but not limited to the Department of UEP and the IGL

Also, bring topics for discussion as well as friends who are
interested.
