Hey everyone!
Thanks for a delightful meeting yesterday! Please prepare for a lot of links...
1. I wrote this e-mail already but it unfortunately got deleted without being saved because I uploaded the NYC pictures and it was too big. So if you want the pictures, please e-mail me instead and I can send them to you separately. Also, check out our FB group to see new posts by everybody (I added the NYC/Sandy article that Rojo shared; thanks for fixing the screen yesterday Rojo!):

2. Union Square Outing Doodle:
http://doodle.com/aw547bbdmknsqcii (There is no school on 11/12 so I think that the upcoming long weekend is a great time to go; also, we'd then be going to experience the place ourselves before Prof. Hollander speaks to us later in the week). Please fill this out soon so we can go soon! Maybe we can do some "group bonding" afterwards!!! (although the Chinatown outing was great last weekend too)
5A. Crane Room in Paige Hall is confirmed for Prof. Hollander event (thank you Betsy for going to the OCL meeting this morning!). This is one of the fanciest rooms at Tufts.
5B. Everybody please help Michelle and Max advertise the event by sharing the FB event (
https://www.facebook.com/events/170985656375603/). Post it on your wall. Invite your friends. Help put up flyers when they are designed (we need to put some up in the UEP school). Share the Tuftslife post once it is put up. And thank you Michelle and Max!
5B. Rojo, can you contact the Daily about the event? I'm sure TCU will want to recognize us after this proof of activity...
5D. Eric, do you think IPC/Tisch College students would like to attend? Feel free to invite your friends! And UP3 looks forward to working with you on future collaboration efforts!!! Thanks so much for everything, and it was nice to see you yesterday for a bit so thanks for stopping by.
5E. Lucas, would you be interested in helping us to organize painting the cannon the day before the event? I know you mentioned this yesterday. Anyone have paint?
6. I am now in contact with Lauren Dunn, so even though we didn't meet her on Monday, feel free to let me know if you have any questions for her and I can pass them on and also CC you on them.
7. Hopefully one day we will be hosting our own event about our Union Square case-study as speakers ourselves! Lots of potential ahead of us for learning, networking, and of course, having fun together as well!
Thank you everyone for your help! We're on our way!
Cheers,
Rayn
