What is congestion pricing, how can charging for driving into downtown areas reduce traffic and improve transit, and why hasn’t it caught on in the US? Move NY will present their plan to charge for driving into Manhattan, and the panel will discuss the potential for bringing congestion pricing to New York as well as Boston.
