ENVIRONMENT AMERICA FELLOWSHIP AND DIGITAL CAMPAIGNER POSITIONS
Boston or Washington D.C. | Applications accepted on a rolling basis | First round due Oct. 13
Contact: Jake Taber, Clean Energy Fellow | jtaber@environmentamerica.org
Environment America is a policy and action group that advocates for clean water, clean air, open spaces and green energy. We promote national, state and local policies that put the environment first. Right now, we’re hiring Tufts seniors and alumni for our full-time Fellowship positions.
Along with our 29 state affiliates, we run campaigns that raise public awareness and win results. We’ve won policies that have resulted in more solar and wind power in 25 states, cleaner cars and power plants nationwide, and better protections for our rivers, streams, lakes and drinking water.
Fellows will learn the nuts and bolts of environmental activism and advocacy. They’ll organize people at the grassroots level, work with coalitions and lobby elected officials to win concrete victories on targeted environmental campaigns.
We’re also hiring Digital Campaigners, who will create strategic digital content to engage our members and supporters.
Applications for both positions are due Oct. 13. We will be conducting interviews on campus on the week of Oct. 9.
