You are receiving this email because Tufts Urban Policy, Planning, and Prosperity (UP3) was nominated for the New Organization of the Year Award for this year’s Student Organization Awards Ceremony.  The Office for Campus Life received a great deal of nominations this year and your nomination is a true testament to the hard work and dedication of your student organization.

 

You are invited to attend the Student Organization Awards Ceremony on Thursday, April 25 from 5:30pm-7:30pm in Alumnae Lounge.  The event will include dinner and the awards ceremony program.  The selection committee is meeting this week and the winners of each award will be revealed at the ceremony.

 

For planning purposes, please RSVP to this email by Monday, April 15 letting us know how many representatives from your group will be attending the event.  You are allowed to bring a maximum of 3 other representatives from your group (4 people total, including yourself).  In the event that your organization wins, representatives from your organization will need to be present to accept the award. 

 

Congratulations again on your nomination –we hope to see you at the ceremony!
