Subject: Orientation Guide Recruitment
The Office of New Student Initiatives is currently seeking interested students for our summer 2014 Orientation Guide positions!
The Orientation Guide position is a great paid summer employment opportunity with excellent personal and professional development opportunities along with free room and board during the summer. Orientation Guides assist with the operation and facilitation of the summer Orientation program, and a variety of other new student activities. I have attached the job description, application, and flyer for these positions. Students may access the application on our website at www.unr.edu/orientation/be-a-guide. Applications are due by Wednesday, February 26 at 5 PM.
We are also offering several informational meetings for interested students. The dates and times of these meetings are:
• Sunday, February 9 at 6:30 PM in the NVLLC Room 144
• Wednesday, February 12 at 5:30 PM in the Ansari Business Building Room 109
• Thursday, February 20 at 12:30 PM in The Joe Graduate Student Lounge
• Monday, February 24 at 12:00 PM in The Joe Graduate Student Lounge
