I have uploaded the single base Candy Grass Tile I will be using for
Candyland. Its basicalled just a pink version of the green grass for
now. Note that I will be changing both of those so that they dont
look repetitve when used in succession. The Dummy Tiles sheet is just
an overview f what the color scheme may look like in the end. The
Candy Grass Tile will also replace the Forest Tiels that have tall
gras on them. Teh tall grass will become lollipops, which I am almost
finished now. Im not sure what to do about water yet though, but Ive
got a few images. Trees may be giant lollipops or something. Fences
will be candy canes. Dirt will be chocolate bars.

Possibly, i kinda like chris's water tiles. Maybe his pink candy
tiles can be an alternative tile.

I need some help, I tried doing the instructions for the chocolate,
but on the step to create the bump map I get lost, I dont really get
the whole layer thing, how do I change the brick layer only? If
someone could try the instruction set and do it that would help. The
instuctions tend to assume you know how to use gimp well despite teh
steep learning curve.

Also, I would like to requests the groups help in creating interesting
looking lollipop grass. I have a sheet of small lollipops that i will
upload to the wiki later today. Basically, I need people to take the
small lollipops and arrange them i interesting looking clusters like I
did below the lollis. You will understand once I upload the image
tonite. If everyone does at least one this will save me alot of work
and help make the tiles more interesting and less repetitive. When
you DL my image, feel free to recolor the tiny lollis, but dont change
the size of them. you can change the stick direction if you want. If
someone submits and interesting cluster I will use that. Just email
it to me when you do it. The sheet I will upload also has what the
original full size images looked like. Dont worry about making your
own lollipops, because the small ones I have can easily be recolored
or shaped with much less work. Basically, the clusters of lollis will
be replacing the clusters of grass on the forest tiles. currently,
you can download the Candy Tile I will be using, you will need that to
see how your clusters look on it. Try to get good contrast.

What filter did you (Chris) say to use on the tiles?

Ok, I made the grid like you said, but i tried to apply make seamless
to the entire map and it did some crazy shit, is there any way to do
it without selecting each tiles individually?

Lol, no. It filters the edges of the selected region to match each other, not entirely sure how. The easiest way is to follow the directions I posted before; if you display the grid and enable snap to grid, it only takes a few seconds to select a tile.
