So that everyone knows what they are working on:

Justin and Bogdon: 

Powerup Class:

     -stores an enum sum for the different type of powerups

Ship Class:

     -stores an int representing powerup type
     -stores an int tracking powerup level.  
     -changes in some fashion based on powerup type and level

Sean and Joe (sorry if i spelled u wrong)

Ship Class:

     -alter the speed when the boost button is held
     -only fire the weapon when the spacebar is held
