We're beginning the habit of recording all of the progress we make.
I will update what the Content team has completed here.
Here's the first go at it.
3/17/11:
Charles (from his perspective) -
1. I colored in the placeholder sprites a bit because they were just
too much of an eyesore day after day, and if we present the game it
looks much better now.
2. There is now an image for the "Carapace" item, which is basically
something that is dropped by bug enemies. They also use it as armo.r
It is basically a low level chitin breastplate.
3. Dr. Woodchuck's spells are being alter, he now learns a few
offensive spells, and the ordering of his other spells is changed.
There is an animation for his plague spell..
4. The dark forest area now has some enemy movement, but isnt really
balanced yet.
5. New group member Maurice has been oriented. He did some of the
pathing in dark forest.
6. Maurice added a bug log in the network drive.
7. I added a leveling log for jack on the network drive.
Dustin -
* brainstormed spells for Dr. Woodchuck, created the spell tree and
level progression for the character.
* suggested the idea we implement an aggro mechanic, I fucking loved
it
* hated on Stuns for the longest, finally caved in to peer pressure
and allowed me to have stun locks
Devin -
* brainstormed UNIQUE (being the key word) spells for the player
character (Jack) to have (some pretty damn good ones, too)
* helped Kyle argue in favor of stuns
Kyle -
* brainstormed the tank class (stats, spells, etc)
- decided it should be THE Crowd Control class, manipulating the
aggro on the whole board
* argued for Stun Lock so the class will be O.P, later won
