·         Strong Hybris Bling experience

·         Strong configuration skills with Hybris components in CRM

·         Strong understanding of Sales Order Management

·         Must have good communication skills this person will be a part of the requirements gathering process

·         This will be a 3 month contract to start with potential extensions

 

Partners with SAP SCM Team members, Other SAP Practice Team members, Cross-Functional IT team members, Business Partners to understand the Business requirements / Challenges coming from Supply Chain, Revenue Operations, Sales, Channel & Marketing through Projects, Enhancements and Production Incidents leveraging the skills in SAP SD, LE, Hybris Billing in CRM & Convergent Charging. Provide the resolution in the mentioned technologies, Guide the Business or other IT team members on the Best Practice followed in the Industry to meet the Challenges.

Provides functional/configuration expertise with Design documentation using Templates in the Hybris Billing components in CRM (aka SOM-Sales Order Management) and Convergent Charging.

 

Primary Duties:

• Utilize and demonstrate good understanding of SAP’s Hybris BRIM solution and system architecture.
• Design & Deliver system enhancements related to Order to Invoice flow in Hybris Billing landscape and SAP CRM business processes supported in SAP SOM system.
• Configure the system objects like provider order, provider contract, master agreement, cross catalog mapping, Order Distribution Infrastructure, Action profile, Date profile.
• Support system integrations and data flow of master & transaction data from SOM to CC & CI.
• Support new business requirements on SAP CC system. Configure the Convergent Charging components like Charge plan, Charges, Range table, mapping table usage, Pricing Macros and integrate it with the existing / new business processes.
• Demonstrate good understanding master data in Hybris BRIM landscape
• Experience on driving workshops, understanding of business requirements from client, preparing BPD, config documents, FSD.

 Responsibilities:

·         Responsible for high level business process and requirements gathering and analysis, facilitating in architecture solutions utilizing appropriate technologies across various SAP components and application areas, creating solution definitions, functional specifications and design documents as required, performing design & development activities on SAP BRIM platform – using SAP SOM & CC system. 

·         Subject Matter expert for subscription business processes and technology practices (BRIM).

·         Accountable for translating a business case into a detailed technical design.

·         Provide & extend SAP SCM support on the production environment for medium to complex issues.

·         Perform functional review, design, and development of SAP SCM enhancements request.

·         Work closely with the ABAP team to identify and remediate areas where ABAP code has been utilized instead of SAP / Hybris Billing out-of-the box configuration.

·         Collaborate with SCM team members and business partners in evaluating opportunities for process integration and refinements.

·         Create and review the creation of test scripts, functional testing, according to test plans and procedures, and document test results.

·         Identify and work to resolve complex data discrepancies, escalating issues to senior team members when necessary.

·         Independently perform or lead medium complexity application systems configuration and advise team members when support is required.

·         Work closely with architects and other analysts to ensure process consistency and techniques across assigned processes and systems.

·         Communicate project and status updates to business and IT managers proactively on a regular basis.

 

Qualifications

·         Possess solid knowledge of SAP SD and MM Modules, their integration with FICO, and the technology that supports these processes

·         Exposure to areas of SD and very strong understanding of Finance areas to be able to work independently on Finance related integration touch points.

·         Exposure to SOX Compliance and process controls

·         Analytical troubleshooting of processes and medium-complexity SAP configuration, debugging when necessary

·         Minimum of  3 or more full project life cycle SAP implementations including  configuration, testing, training, and post implementation support

·         Experience working directly with SAP functional and technical development teams

·         Experience with intercompany accounting and multiple currencies in global SAP environments

·         Experience creating and working with basic SQL queries a plus

·         Good written and verbal communication skills; Ability to express technical concepts in terms that are understandable to the business

·         Solid knowledge of MS Office applications and other productivity tools
