Following discussions at the last IAIMWG the following two actions
came out related to the HIC TOR's.

- OCHA to circulate the latest version of the HIC TOR, including to
IASC Focal Points, highlighting the consultation process to date.
IASC members would then have until January 8 to provide any additional
comments and suggested revisions to Andrew Alspach at als...@un.org

-Agencies and Clusters should give the HIC TORs wide circulation with
the view of harnessing understanding and support for its endorsement.
