A Neighborhood with Vision
The Upper Monroe Planning Collaborative invites you to an event filled with possibilities. We held a design charrette in October of 2004. Over 100 community members shared their hopes and dreams for Upper Monroe Avenue. Over the last year those ideas have been turned into a vision plan. Focus groups have categorized and prioritized these ideas. We are beginning the implementation phase. We invite you, neighbors, neighborhood business owners and other community stakeholders to contribute to the renaissance of Upper Monroe.
