Hi -
I'm currently conducting a research study online to look at how people
see the risks involved in skydiving. I'm looking for skydivers and
their relationship partners to spend 30-40 minutes answering questions
online.

Participation is completely voluntary, and you can leave blank any
question you don't feel comfortable answering. If you'd like to
