Finalizing the roster

Hi All,

It's time to finalize our roster for the trip to Honduras this Summer
(July 31-August 6)! I realize that there have been some trouble
accessing the google form. This link should take you directly to the
form:

*HOWEVER*, this is the roster form to be used by the Global Medical
Brigade travel team to book plane tickets. THOSE WHO FILL OUT THIS
FORM ARE COMMITTING THEMSELVES TO THE BRIGADE. Those who are
interested in going must fill out this form ASAP. We are finalizing
the roster JUNE 8th so fill it out by that time!

I've received several questions about the trip and I would like to
answer them here since most people probably have the same concerns:

1)
Q: When will the sum of the money be due for the trip?
A: Not until we contact you about booking the flights

2)
Q: If I am unable to raise enough money by the due date, what are the
circumstances if I was unable to go?
A: You must raise the amount of money by the time we need to give it
to the National board but they haven't notify us when yet.

3)
Q: If I fill this form out, is it a binding decision? I am very
worried that I may not raise or have the money by due date.
A: It is binding, just so we can get an accurate head count of who's
going, but if under the circumstances you cannot raise the money then
we cannot make you go.

4)
Q: How much is the trip?
A: It is $750 for the program + $650-800 for airfare (depending on the
time of year, number of people, oil price, etc)

5)
Q: Is there another trip during the winter?
A: The brigades are year round so we can have a brigade during the
winter if people show interest.
