IMPORTANT Information!

Hey guys,

Below a Google doc that we would like you to fill out if you plan on
going on the trip. By filling out this form, you are confirming that
you will be going. As you already know, the brigade will take place
from July 31 to August 6. The cost of the trip will be $750.00 +
airfare. We are in the process of getting an estimate for the cost of
the flight. We will send another email in the near future with more
details about documentation. NOTE: access to the google doc is limited
to those who are going so email me at pche...@gmail.com and I will
add you to the list of people who can access the file! Subject line:
"Access to google doc-LastName, FirstName".

Please fill out the form by Monday, May 16th. (If you REALLY can't
confirm by then, please let us know.)

Also, if you can provide us with a spanish speaking doctor to come
with us on the brigade, please give us his/her contact information
ASAP. We will deduct $200 from your personal trip cost if the doctor
is able to come.
