Hi guys,

Hope everyone's week is going well so far! I hope you all received the emails that Syd sent out earlier. We are having a slight problem with the basketball concessions this Wednesday. Currently, only 6 people have confirmed that they are available, but we need 15! We have talked to the concessions people, and we cannot cancel so close to the event or they will suspend us for 1 whole year!!! That would mean no fundraising money at all so that's not an option :( ALSO, for every person we are missing under 15, they charge us $25. Basically if only 6 people go, we will have to pay Comcast $225 - which is more than what we made from last concessions. Yes, this situation sucks, but really we need the 15 there at 4PM when we begin to set up (this is when they count the volunteers). PLEASE please please - if you can get to comcast around 4PM and stay for even an hour, you will help us add to our volunteers, and we won't have to pay Comcast. I know it's a Wednesday and there are exams and papers and whatnot, but please see if you can find an hour or two to give to GMB! 

ALSO, if you have friends that would want to bring with you, entice them with free dinner (and possibly cash)! If we do get 15 people, and do not have to pay Comcast anything, we will pay anyone not in GMB the equivalent of what they earn in cash, when we get the money!! (Remember, if you plan on going on the trip - the money will also be going to you, but into your trip fund). So, if friends aren't going on the trip, and we get enough people we will pay them the CASH they earn!! (The total we raise divided by the # of people who work). Please let either myself or Sydney know if you can go on Wednesday and whether or not you can bring a friend or two (or three!!) to work with you! =D
