Hey All,

Just a reminder to fill out the google doc!! By filling out this form,
you are confirming that
you will be going. Access to the google doc is limited
to those who are going so email me at pchen...@gmail.com and I will
add you to the list of people who can access the file!

Again, if you can provide us with a doctor to come
with us on the brigade(even better if he speaks spanish), please give
us his/her contact information
ASAP. We will contact them and deduct $200 from your personal trip
cost if the doctor
is able to come.
