Graduate school life guide

Hello all,
Below please find a link to the beginnings of a grad school guide to
academic, social, and personal resources. If you have suggestions for
things to include (especially hair salons & houses of worship, which
someone in a recent BGSA meeting requested), please let me know. This
is meant to be a resource for all of you to use to make grad school a
little more manageable.

Hi All,

I don't have edit privileges to this page, but wanted to add
information about an awesome natural hair salon. She does all types of
hair and styles, but specializes in natural styles - twists, locs,
cornrows, etc.

Tell her Leshell Hatley from UMD sent you. I've already mentioned to
her that I'd add her to this handbook. She's amazing! You will be
totally satisfied with your experience, from beginning to end.

NOTE: She only schedules one person at a time, so you'll never have to
wait for her to finish a task with someone else. She has a great
salon atmosphere. I can't say enough nice things about her. She has
spoiled me! *And in case you didn't know, I have locs that are close
to 2.5-3 feet long. :)

I highly recommend her!
