At this week's meeting, we are making trash crafts. So, bring some materials out of your recycling (rinsed/emptied), like plastic bottles, cans, or cardboard. If you have scissors or a hot glue gun, please bring that as well! ✂️🥫 This Thursday, 7-8pm in IMU Room 347.

- March 4th: SCOPE x KRUI collab on a show at Gabe's, 7:30pm

- March 7th: Winter Woodpeckers II, Iowa Raptor Project (3673 Raptor Ridge Rd NE, Solon), 10am-11am

- March 9th: Hubbell Environmental Law Initiative conversation on data centers in Iowa, Boyd Law Building, 12:30pm-2pm

- Lux Magazine College Tour two-day event:

-- March 9th: open mic and discussion on Gender, Race, and Politics: In and Beyond the University, The Greenhouse (505 E Washington St, Iowa City), 7pm-10pm 

-- March 10th: zine-making, button making, and other crafting to turn creativity into a tool for resistance, Sacred Collective (213 N Linn St, Iowa City), 5pm-6pm

Weekly eco-goal: inspired by our weekly meeting, pay extra attention to what you are putting in recycling/trash, and look over the local guidelines, which can be found here: Iowa City recycling guidelines
