Meeting with Pat -- UPDATE

Hey SPROUT,

Hope y'all are doing well.  I just got out of the meeting with Pat and thought y'all might like to know the update. First of all, and most importantly, when John Nelson (the new StudCo President) asked if we could publicize this as a done deal, Pat said yes.  SO that means that regardless of nit-picky details, we have land and are authorized to use it!!! That's really exciting.

Secondly, we may have to put our plans for building raised beds on Saturday on hold; it seems like we're likely to get permission to have them, but I think that Facilities Management wants to till the ground for us first (there are a lot of utilities under the site that we don't want to be held responsible for).  They can't till until the weather's a little better, which may not be the case till early next week. 

As for everything else, I'm going to confer with the other TFL's to try to figure out a lot of the details we need to work out.  Please be ready to volunteer for things (advertising, setting up our groundbreaking, gardening...), as we are going to need to hit the ground running ASAP.
