Recent Spam -- Update

I have changed the options for this list to require approval of new
members, and also to require approval of postings by new members. I
have also asked Evie to help me keep on top of this by becoming a co-
manager. I hope these steps will stop the spam. I have also banned
the spammers from re-joining the list, although they probably just
make new accounts.

Beta testing is so important for all of us to have good tools. I wonder if
it might be worthwhile to post something on the main UF list to let them
know the issues have been addressed, and how important it is to participate
in beta testing.
