New Legislation on Pending Environmental Protection Administration Clean Water Act Guidance to prevent the implementation of pending Clean Water Act guidance.  Titled “Preserve the Waters of the U.S. Act”, S. 2245 was introduced by Sens. John Barrasso (R-WY),  Jim Inhofe (R-OK), Dean Heller (R-NV), Jeff Sessions (R-AL) and 26 other Senators. A copy of the bill and accompanying press release is attached.
