Meeting Agenda for Tonight

I am assuming we are having a meeting tonight. Here is the agenda:

1. State of the Finances: How much did we take in from ACF Fall? Did we pay ACF? Pay me for MAGNI and ACF Logistics. Get check UCSD gave me for high school tournament help.
2. State of Baby Anteater: Do we know whether we are able to host at Edison? If so, we should make the announcement as soon as possible.
3. State of Outreach for Baby Anteater: I have started to compile a giant spreadsheet of schools in Orange County. There are roughly 100 schools on it (this is a subset of a giant contact list for all of Southern California that some people at other schools are coordinating with me). Of those, I have designated 21 as explicit target schools.

These schools either:
-Have active or semi-active programs
-Had active programs in the semi-recent past
-Have or should have the academic or institutional support necessary to send a team
-Have no reason not to attend a tournament 5-10 miles away

We should be finding a contact and contact e-mail for each one of these target schools and personally inviting them to the Baby Anteater tournament.

4. State of Outreach - Other: Matt/Kevin, did you talk to Cabrera about what he wants to see from a local league? How equipped are we to help set this up?

As far as I know Matt was taking care of all the correspondence regarding
hosting Baby Anteater at Edison. All that I've heard about it after Matt
initially mentioned it has been from my mother who occasionally subs at
Edison and was told that we could do it there but we'd have to pay
janitorial fees.

Matt also mentioned that we made around $1040 from ACF Fall.

Also, it unfortunately turns out I won't be able to come tonight; my
English TA has decided to schedule a mandatory movie screening tonight
from 6-9. I thought I might be able to find it myself and watch it on my
own time but it's some funky, obscure indie movie.

Hi guys,

Sorry I did not make it tonight, I had to pick up my brother at the airport
at the last minute.

I have spoken to Cabrera twice about baby anteater, but we need to pick a
date for sure before we can proceed on his end.

Including expenses we made about $700 at ACF Fall. I have requested a check
to mail and pay for the packets, but it is taking longer than normal for
some reason for ASUCI to process it. I have $80 in cash for you Dwight, and
can get it to you soon.
