Greetings everyone,
Thank you to those who attended last week's meeting. There will NOT be a meeting this Tuesday, but the M & G is Thursday, so please keep the Guild in mind for the coming days. If you have not already, please invite others to the Facebook event page for the M & G, and get the word out. Out major priority is to promote the event this week to relevant listservs and by word-of-mouth.
1. Monday I would like the second flier to go up announcing the event. (Mike?)
2. Someone who has NOT volunteered to do something for the meet and greet can volunteer to bring a DONATION box on Thursday. This is key as we need to really push all the professionals to make a donation on the spot.
3. Paul will be arranging with Adria the details of taking $100 from the Opinion's budget for this event.
4. Someone who has NOT volunteered to do something yet can volunteer to bring name tags on Thursday.
5. Paul will be bringing the banner and stand.
6. A sign in sheet, and a WHISTLE (who has a whistle?) so we can do the speed networking.
Dress for the event - business casual, I would suggest.
Any questions, please let me know. Otherwise I will see you all Thursday.
