Type Museum Options Appraisal DCMS Freedom Of Information link
The DCMS website has the following link:

Supporters of access and use of the Type Museum's collections may find
this painful reading. The DCMS point out that this document is now
considered out of date and any requests for additional information
should be addressed to the NMSI. It remains the most detailed document
so far to have been put into the public domain since the closure of
the Museum.
