Hi, i have a problem in the installation of Auctioneer.

When i finished the installation, the configuration of the auntioneer
fail and don't start de daemon. This is the message...

Configuring auctioneer owner.
Cannot configure owner. A user is not configured in '~/.tycoon'.
Configure manually or copy user configuration into '~/.tycoon'.

I read the user's manual and i have copied the user configuration in
root's home.

Thanks and sorry for my english.
Oscar.

Hi Oscar,

This is probably because you are doing the yum installation using
"sudo". You can work around the problem by logging directly as root or
setting your "HOME" environment variable to "/root". After that, "yum
remove tycoon_aucd", then try the yum installation again.

I checked in a fix for this so installation works with "sudo". However,
testing of that and and some previous code is going to require the rest
of the week and I don't want to update the yum repository until then.

Oscar,

Sorry for the delay in responding. I'll look into this more and respond
