Error creating remote accounts

I have experienced some troubles on creating new accounts on remote
machines. I have an auctioneer installed and I have tried to create an
account on it from another machine. When I've tried to create the
account I received the next output:

However I have lost the 10 units I used to create the account:

We've been having problems with bank operations and account creation
recently. Some problems can be fixed by "yum update"-ing to the latest
code on both the client side and the auctioneer side. If this doesn't
work, and you created this bank account recently (~last two months) then
there is another problem for which we don't have the fix yet, but should
have it by the end of the week.

The problem with new bank accounts should be fixed now with a "yum
update". Also, I've updated the Tycoon user account setup procedure.
However, bank accounts that are giving errors cannot be recovered, so
the best thing to do is create them from scratch using "tycoon user setup"
