Hi all,
The bank, service location service (SLS), and HP Labs resource providing
machines will be offline from 21:00 to 22:00 GMT on Wednesday Feb 7.
Users can still log into and use resource providing machines at other
locations but will not be able to perform bank or SLS operations. Once
the SLS comes back on line, all auctioneers will automatically
re-register with it, so no action is necessary from host administrators.

The switch upgrade appears to be taking longer than expected. I do not
have an estimate for when it will be completed, but I will keep everyone
updated. I apologize for the inconvenience and we will do everything we
can to minimize these interruptions in the future.

The network is back up again. Everything should be working as expected.

The router upgrade uncovered additional problems, which will require
hardware replacements. The Tycoon machines will again be disconnected
from the network from 21:00-24:00 UTC Thursday Feb. 8th. I apologize for
the further inconvenience.
