It looks like a versioning problem and or temporal failure. I just created an account on that host successfully with the same funding.

To make sure it is not a versioning problem run:

>tycoon sls query_sql "address, version from tycoon_auctioneer where address like '204.123.32.59'"

>204.123.32.59   0.5.0p366

and compare it to

>tycoon --version

>tycoon 0.5.0p366

if they don't match do a yum update.

 

There are currently 2-3 versions of hosts in SLS due to an upgrade of the system.
