Hi group,

This was copied and pasted from the ChiVinMoto site.

Are you a racer? Do you know a racer?

A large number of transponders were recently stolen from a racing club
in Utah. If you're thinking about picking up that great deal you
found you might want to check the number against the list in this
thread:

Spread the word.

Wonder how much a transponder could cost, and what the heck would most people even do with one?

I have one from EZ Pass that they gave me some years ago. That works slick for toll roads out east.

Hi Jim,

I think they sell for $300-$400 new, they are used on race bikes to
record laps and speeds. Most race tracks make it mandatory to use
them if you want to compete.
