Hello,

Some of the best lazarus developers started working on the proof of
concept. They asked me to forward some questions for you guys:

<QUOTE>I opened the TurboCash database, and had a look
at the structure. It's not too bad. Only 70 tables ;-)

The thing is that it's empty :/

And that they use the most strange table/fieldnames,
a relic from the DBase files they used, I suppose.

To be able to produce something working, we should have
a deeper knowledge of TurboCash :/

Maybe Felipe can ask for a filled database, and some
instructions on what should be shown in the app.

It'd be also nice to know whether they will still
change the table/fieldnames ?<END QUOTE>

thanks a lot,

Felipe

Hi Guys i just found this post on Google.

Im the Dutch programmer of TC an di compleeted the port to Firebird.
In the install is a (Dutch) set of books with data.

I gess what Philip wants to see in a invoicin entry.
You will need a debtor (table account WAccountTypeId = 1 Joined on
Debtor)

Then you can enter a document (See dochead and docline)

Theres a special mechanism for descriptions and invoice details. they
all link to the Messages table.

Doc line holds referentials to Stock.

I gess sthats about it.
Its good to hear The best of bread is looking at this :-0
gives me a lot of hope.

Please contact me on my email adres if you need more info
