WordPress meet-up + Expression Engine Presentation

Join us for an evening of WordPress. We’ll cover the latest in WordPress news, share how we are using WordPress, and have several quick presentations.

  • Where: Spoke6, 439 N 6th Ave, Tucson, AZ 85705 (located on the SW corner of 6th Ave & 6th St)
  • When: Wednesday, November 17th from 7–9 PM
  • Cost: Please bring a snack or drink to share

This is an open event. Everyone is welcome.

Schedule:

  1. Review latest WordPress news and happenings (Lance)
  2. Three or four short presentations (5-10 minutes each)
  3. Q & A and networking

Presentations scheduled:

  1. Tim Bowen: Solving common tasks in WordPress: event calendar
  2. Josh Williams: Mobile WordPress theme design using CSS media queries.
  3. Lance Willett: Custom menus (Codex page)


Coming soon... Matt Munsey will be giving a 20-30 minute presentation on Expression Engine on December 16th followed by Q&A and networking with other TDAC'ers.
