Hello everyone. Great game today! I hope everyone had a good time.

First, a few issues. One, I forgot to have people sign in. Again. Whoops. If you attended, try and send me an E-mail with the subject ATTENDANCE and I'll file it all away. Also, if you live with or see other players in the group, please tell them to get on the mailing list.
Second, tonight and (more likely) tomorrow I'll put out more about downtimes, motleys, scene days, craft nights, and some notes about characters and the stick system. Some highlights:
1. Everyone will get a free downtime to interact with an NPC of their choosing. Also, I am thinking of splitting downtimes into three phases - Post game, intra-game, and pre-game. Thoughts? Would this help you guide or organize the things you want to do?
2. Potential craft nights will go up on the calender the moment that someone offers to host them.
3. Possibly overlapping with craft nights, I want to have at least one scene day to run a side or downtime scene for groups.
4. I will be posting a Motley Status thread, and I will be re-arranging the Website to contain more of the specific info in threads on the mailing list.
5. All of the 'Threads' in the mailing list will be indexed or at least listed someplace.
6. Some people's characters have been toeing the line of too far outside our themes of nostalgia and reclamation. I will be reaching out for folks to help reign things in thematically or help re-write a character. This is the last game I'll be allowing something I'm unsure of brought to me at the beginning of game with zero input from the storytellers. Some of the characters people look up to are that way because they were developed in a group atmosphere with other people acting as feedback and filters. Crazy in Changeling is Serious Business. We like actual personal struggles and issues (Narcissism, Addiction, Emotional Detachment, Histrionic, and Dependence Social Disorders), all of which show up in our game whether you notice or not) and dislike "I'm Crazy because I don't want to sit down and figure out what my character's actual issues are and play them consistently"
