Hello everybody! 

Gee, yes, I know it has been awhile since you heard from us. Our wrap up games in November and December seem like so long ago now, don't they?

As the world turns, we find ourselves tugged in many directions - So this message is to express my hope that you will all be tugged towards RinCon for the weekend of September 28-30th, 2012.  

If you haven't heard about RinCon somehow, It's Tucson's home town Gaming Convention. Details at http://rincongames.com/

I can make no promises about running any Dreams-Of-Thorn-And-Sand themed events there (unless there was some kind of massive interest - Reunion, anyone?) but I do know for a fact that there will be lots of fun games and cool people. THere's special guest game designers and new game prototypes, old standby's like Dungeons and Dragons, Magic: The Gathering, and Warhammer 40K if those are your thing.

I can confirm that there will be at least two kick-ass LARP events (John Wick's Houses of the BLooded, and Time Travel Review Board, a Horde LARP,) however, and perhaps more since we recently got in touch with Amtgard, who do boffer-combat LARPs, if you dig that. 

The other reason I wanted to send out an E-mail is in case you don't already follow us on Twitter, Google+, or Facebook, is to let all you cool people who came out and played with us know that TODAY (August 30th) and TOMORROW (August 31st) are the last two days to buy tickets to RinCon before the price jumps up from a cool, crisp spring 30$ for all three days to a scorching summer 40$, and I'd like to see as many of you there as possible to reminisce about the past. 

There may also be some talk in the air about a Houses of the Blooded game taking place locally. I would rank Houses of the Blooded right up next to changeling as one of the best LARP experiences you could ever have, so if you miss out, you'l be, uh, missing out.
