I have a problem:
There is:
a_0 - positive integer

{ a_1/2 if a_i odd
a_(i+1)= {
{ 3* a_i -1 if a_i is even
for i=0,1,2...
and I must prove that if a_n = a_0 then 2^n >a_0
I haven't idea how to start??
