So called Blacks, Hispanics and Indians: Israel
So called white man: Edom
So called Chinese: Moab
So called Japanese: Ammon
So called Arabs: Ishmael
So called East Indians: Elam
So called Polynesians: Eskimos, and native Australians: Japhet
So called Africans: Ham

So called Egyptians: Mizryam

So called S. Africans: Canaan

So called Ethiopians: Cush

So called Libyans: Phut

I'm curious about the evidence for this.

And again, I'm curious about the evidence for this.

With these two statements above, are we to believe that Edomites cannot
be black and Israelites cannot be white?

This I would like to see as well, since, according to the Bible, isn't
Javan a descendant of Japhet? Is Javan a Polynesian/Eskimo/Aboriginee
or a white person?
