I noticed that our kills and trophies we not updating anymore. I really love this plugin and was wondering if when you find the time you gan get it working again, thank you for this great plugin :)

was there an update or something ~nov 19?  it looks like that might be the last day the plugin sees anything?  are you getting any errors or anything?

i'll look to see if it is web/db related, I haven't had AC installed on any computers for like 10 years :P

Thank you for responding, I have not had any errors. I just noticed that as my guys kill and get trophies everything seems to work in the AC world , just not on the website, it updates the time the toon sent a update to the site, just no kill or trophy updates with it, thank you for looking into it

took me forever to track it down, and it looks like the database table where submissions go to was marked "crashed", which was entirely non obvious.  many of the tools showed the table just fine, but then if you used any of the table maintenance tools, they just didn't show that table.  I recreated the table, and hypothetically stuff should start working?  hopefully?

I really appreciate the work you have done, but unfortunately its still the same. The "last update" still works, but the "# kills" and "# trophies"  does not update

strange, it looks like it processed ONE update on that day after I fixed it, then the table crashed again.
I fixed it and ran an update manually, and it processed a HUGE backlog of submissions:

>> Finished Processing 13167 submitted updates: took 346087 ms
 
so at least data from some of that time wasn't lost, it was just stuck?

interestingly, i hooked up some analytics on the backend as well, and actually found and fixed a couple bugs that have been in there for a decade! 
(well, maybe not that long, it looks like it might have been a change in the AC client, that sometimes the plugin tries to send data when you start to log off and it doesn't know who you are?)

huh, i'll have to look into it.  is the plugin actually working in AC still, just not submitting data?  or is the plugin not even seeing kills/pickups anymore?

the plugin is working in AC still,and is submitting data, but the website is not updating kills/pickups anymore, it looks like maybe it the same thing as before, but when turbine did that patch it must of messed the code up again

found out what it was, nothing plugin or AC related.  someohow, the azure vm that my stuff is running on got updated to a newer version of the JRE that runs the backend stuff.  a couple scripts had the path to the old jre instead of the new one, so the regularly scheduled processing wasn’t occurring. updated the path, and thing are all caught back up. no data loss, just a backlog which is all caught up!
