March Camping Trip - March 12th/13th

Parents,

This weekend I will be doing a lot of the preparation work for our overnighter on March 12th/13th up at Brighton Woods, including ordering supplies for the crafts the girls planned. I will also post more details to Rallyhood, but wanted to get a note out to just parents first.

I have the following as attending, based on those that have paid.  The cost is $15.

I will be at the cookie booth tomorrow morning or we can make arrangements for payment.  The cost of $15 covers food and activities.  Troop is covering the lodging and badge.  We are working on the Night Owl badge.  The girls have planned some fun activities and we should have a good time.

Initial plans are to gather b/w 3pm and 4pm on Saturday and finish Sunday morning.

Please let me know if I should be including your daughter when planning if she is not on the list above.

Yes!  Please include Ciera.  I think she missed the meeting when the payment was due.  We're sorry.  She's very much looking forward to the trip.  I'll see you tomorrow with the payment.
