I got this message from Ken Birmingham and I am not sure who is
sending Ken the information. I thought we gave this info to Mr. Potts.

Spencer's Eagle Board is now scheduled for February 11 at 9:00 AM. If
possible, we would like to get a copy of his full application so the
Board Chairman could review it in advance. Thanks.

If it would make it easier for you to get folks together for a Board
starting 10:30 am rather than 9:00 please let me know as soon as
possible. We schedule up to 6 boards on the one Saturday.

All,

Currently, Ken Birmingham schedules all Eagle Boards of review for Button
Gwinnett District advancement Committee, and I review all Eagle Leadership
Service Project proposals, and review Merit Badge Counselor applications,
among other things, for the Button Gwinnett District. Please send Ken the
information as he requested.
