Hi Whoever,

I need someone to contact me regarding what I am supposed to do about my iShell subscription ASAP.  Apparently my current subscription is up and I need to be using iShell today for a project.  Please contact me with how I am supposed to proceed or with an updated license.

Sorry for the email to everyone but I am not sure who I am supposed to contact about this.

Thanks!
-Brian

Brian,

From a previous email to this list:

Subscriptions are currently not being offered. For current subscribers who expire soon, you may buy a dual platform license for $395 including ImageLayer and an upgrade to iShell 5 when it is released in Fall 09. Just send an email to sa...@tribalmedia.com.

I hope this clarifies things a bit.

For questions regarding sales or your account, you may always send email to sa...@tribalmedia.com.

Gil,

I bought the two platform license when I needed a license for a job but did not get imagelayer nor the offered upgrade to version 5. Was this an oversight?
