Ok first of all the Chicago Full marathon is this Weekend and we are sending our best energy to all of you running, we hope you guys have a great weather and that you can enjoy every mile of it .. you have been training as much as you can with the time you have so now it's time to go and enjoy the whole experience. Run strong and remember to smile no matter what.  Carlos and John hope you guys can run together and support each other.. for Emilio A, David B, Jose Biton, Andres Hausmann, Emilio D, and I hope I'm not forgeting anyone .. and if I am I'm sorry :( ... you guys go and rock and roll 

Meanwhile In the miami sun and while they are enjoying the experience of being in Chicago running with so many people .. we will be here doing our part.. 

so see you tomorro 6:50 am at Douglas St
we will have two groups:

1. With me doing a 30' swim 50m Bike ride and a 8 mile run For those doing 70.3 and Miami man half 

2. For those of you doing Olympic Kristell will take you on a 30' swim 30m bike ride and 4mile run   .

So hope to see a big group and I will set up coolers,

Yes I will do the best!! Training for this marathon has been so challenging, with too many trips. Tons of work stress and several cold viruses..  Let’s try to do the best and enjoy it, that is actually the reason to be there!!
