the idea is to run 1h30" .. so whatever distance you cover in that time at a moderte-ez effort and then we will meet for breakfast at la estacion.. you can always meet just for breakfast at around 9:15am
Andres Velandia will be going biking so if anyone wants to bike at key biscayne while we run .. it would be fun .. let's get all together and get our daily fix .. :)
