Guys it looks like tomorrow we will be meeting 6:50 am and we will start 7:00 sharp the idea is to meet in Dougla ST and Collins (Holliwood beach) and we will bike 40 miles north and then run. 

I will set up a cooler with water, gatorade and coconut water for the run.
