Hello everyone,
Tomorrow Moonstruck Farms will be contributing green onions, snow peas, herb combos, garlic chives, chives, turnips, parsley and radishes to your extras table this week. We also have our full selection of jams, jellies and marmalades with us including Strawberry Meyers Lemon Marmalade, Raspberry Habanero, Strawberry Jalapeno and more!! Don't forget our vinegars which are perfect for your favorite salad and play a role as a marinade for those meat lovers out there! Speaking of meat we will be taking deposits on the next round of pork so if you are interested in purchasing a side that will be ready in September-October 2016 please email me for further details. The first round of chicken will be ready in approximately four weeks and if we do not sell out with preorders will bring it to coop. If you are interested in a preorder please email me for further details. In addition we will have the "cold weather" transplants with us consisting of brussel sprouts, broccoli and Rainbow Swiss Chard and next coop on April 29 we will have a huge variety of tomatoes and peppers and possibly the cucumbers and squashes will be ready to bring.
